Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No refunds after successful payment

All successful subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to the first monthly payment and subsequent renewals. We do not provide refunds or pro-rata credits for change of mind, unused access, partial use, low usage, or results that differ from your expectations. Review the package, recurring price, usage limits, and delivery terms before authorizing payment.

Nothing in this policy restricts a refund, correction, dispute right, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law or applicable payment-network requirements.

2. Cancel future renewals

You can cancel future billing through the private subscription-management link associated with your checkout, or email [email protected] from your registered email before the next scheduled charge. Include your subscription ID; never include card numbers, CVVs, passwords, or OTPs.

Cancellation takes effect for future charges once confirmed. A charge already submitted for processing may need reconciliation. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Cancellation does not reverse completed payments; access continues for the period already paid for, unless suspended for misuse or otherwise required by law.

3. Failed, pending, or duplicate transactions

A failed or pending payment is not a confirmed purchase. If your bank shows a debit but the subscription is not confirmed, contact support with the transaction reference before retrying. Failed-payment reversals are handled by the gateway and financial institutions according to their processing rules.

Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized transactions promptly so we can investigate and reconcile them. The no-refund rule does not mean you should pay twice for the same billing obligation. Any legally required or verified billing correction will be handled through the original payment channel where available; bank processing times vary.

4. Access or service problems

If access has not been delivered within the timeframe stated at checkout, or the delivered access differs materially from the purchased package, contact support immediately. We will investigate and work to correct the issue. Your mandatory rights remain unaffected by the no-refund policy.
