1. Who handles your information

This website is operated by Roktim Saha, trading as Verthilix, India. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected]. This policy covers verthilix.com. Vlozy, BloGoose, Cashfree, and other services may have additional policies for their own platforms.

2. Information we collect

Enquiries may include your name, email, website, business type, content interests, business stage, budget preferences, time availability, and optional revenue goal. Checkout collects your name, email, and phone number, and records subscription identifiers, payment status, policy acceptance time, and transaction references. Server and security logs may include IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page.

Payment credentials are entered on Cashfree’s hosted checkout. We do not ask for card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords, or payment OTPs on our forms. Cashfree and participating financial institutions process payment information under their own requirements.

3. How we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, understand the requested setup, create and manage subscriptions, arrange digital access, provide support, prevent misuse, reconcile payments, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Optional revenue goals are used to understand your interests; they are not financial forecasts. Where required, we rely on your consent or another applicable lawful basis.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tags

The offer page includes Google Analytics (measurement ID G-393R61ND5H) and Meta Pixel (pixel ID 1807203093834621). These providers may collect page visits, device/browser information, identifiers, IP-related information, and interactions for analytics, advertising measurement, and audience features under their own policies. Their tags may set or read cookies.

Checkout uses essential session cookies for security and request verification. Checkout pages do not include the offer page’s Google or Meta tags. We do not intentionally send questionnaire answers, contact form contents, or payment credentials to those tags.

Service providers may process data outside your country, subject to applicable requirements.

We keep enquiry and subscription records for as long as needed to provide services, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping duties. Payment records are stored in server-side storage outside the public website directory. Access is restricted to operational purposes. No storage or transmission method is risk-free.

7. Your choices and requests

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, withdraw optional consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain records required for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law. Do not email payment passwords, OTPs, or full card details.

8. Children and updates

The paid services are intended for people with legal capacity to contract, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date appears above.
